Two fire engines from Bamber Bridge and Chorley were called to a road traffic collision on Dorothy Avenue, Leyland. Firefighters assisted paramedics with administering first aid to one casualty who was then conveyed to hospital by ambulance. Firefighters were in attendance for approximately 45 minutes.
